Artificial Shark Fin

Ingrediants:
  • Jelly Noodle 2 cups
  • Chicken Soup Powder
    (Shoice) 3 Tablespoon
  • Soaked Chinese
    Mushroom 6 Pieces
  • Water 3 cups
  • Steamed Crabmeat
    1/4 cups
  • Stir Fry SauceConcentrate
    (Shoice) 1 Tablespoon
  • Sliced Chicken 1 cup
  • Potato Flour 2 Tablespoons

Method:

  1. To soal the jelly noodle for beingsoft the let it dries.
  2. Boit the water, fill chicken soup powder (Shoice) and
    Chinese mushroom while water is boiling, fill chicken and season
    with Stir Fry Sauce Concentrate (Shoice), dissolve potato
    flour with water, then mix to gether.
  3. Prepare jelly noodle in the bowl, and pour into a bowl and
    dressing by steamed crabmeat.
Garlic Steamed Crabmeat

Ingrediants:
  • Sea Crab 2 Crabs
  • Sesame Oil 1 Tablespoons
  • Roasted Chilli 1/2 Tablespoons
  • Ground Pepper 1/4 Tablespoons
  • Chicken Soup Powder
    (Shoice) 2 Tablespoons
  • Chopped Garlic 1/4 Cups
  • Water 1/4 Tablespoons
  • Red Big Chilli, Coriander with preferable

Method:

  1. Clean Sea Crab and Chop to be piece and prepare it on the plate.
  2. Mix Chicken Soup Powder (Shoice), Water, Sesame Oil, Ground Pepper, Chopped, Garlic, and Chilli together.
  3. To spill on Sea Crab, afterward steam about 20 mins then dressing by Red big chilli and coriander before serving.
Grilled Pork with Honey Oil

Ingrediants:

  • Backbone Pork 500 g.
  • Tomato Ketchup 1 Tablespoons
  • Seasoning for Grill 'n Fry (Shoice) 4 Tablespoon
  • Salt 1 Tablespoon
  • Honey Oil 2 Tablespoons

Method:

  1. Clean pork and let it dry.
  2. Mix seasoning for Grill 'n Fry (Shoice) honey, Tomato ketchup together, bring pork to ferment and use fork to dip into pork and let it 1 hour.
  3. Wrappring of foil and pain with honey oil on pork and continue to bake you should use 400 F? to get nice favor then take it out from stove.
  4. Cut into small pieces before serving.

Garlic Grilled Shells

Ingrediants:

  • Shells 20 Shells
  • Chopped Garlic 2 Tablespoons
  • Seasoning for Grill 'n Fry (Shoice) 1 Tablespoon
  • Red Big Chilli, Celery
  • Salt 1/4 Tablespoon
  • Coriander for dressing
  • Margarines 3 Tablespoons


Method:

  1. Mix Seasoning for Grill 'n Fry (Shoice) , margarines, chopped garlic together.
  2. Spill on shells and dressing by red big chilli, celery, and coriander.
  3. Grill by using middle heat until to be cooked.

Liquor Chicken Wing

Ingrediants:

  • Chicken Wing 10 Wings
  • Cocktail Sauce (Shoice) 1/2 Cups
  • Ground Pepper 1 Tablespoons
  • Sugar 1 Tablespoons
  • Salt 1 Tablespoons
  • Liqour 2 Tablespoons
  • Chopped Garlic 1 Tablespoons
  • Wheat Flour 3 Tablespoons
  • Chopped Ginger 1 Tablespoons
  • Soup 1/2 Cups

Method:

  1. Ferment chicken with pepper, salt, liqour and let it 30 mins.
  2. Fry chicken and take it up.
  3. Set the pan, pour oil until hot, pour garlic, chopped ginger and
    fry, and fill cocktail sauce (Shoice), sugar, soup, wheat flour
    fry together.
  4. Add chicken to fry then put into the plate.

Liquor Chicken Wing

Ingrediants:

  • Charamed Fish 1 Fish
  • Corn Flour 1 Tablespoons
  • Ham 3 Sheet
  • Stir Fry Sauce Concentrate (Shoice)
    3 Tablespoons
  • Chinese Mushroom 5 Pieces
  • Soup 3/4 Cups
  • Sliced Ginger 1 Tablespoons
  • Potato Flour 1 Tablespoons

Method:

  1. Clean fish, let it dry, and slice it to be pieces.
  2. Slice han and Chinese mushroom to belong pieces.
  3. Put ham, Chinese mushroom and fish as the picture apperance.
  4. Steam until it cooked, spill before serving.
  5. Making dressing: mix soup, Stir Fry Sauce set higher heat, fill flour and water and fried together until concentrated, Spill the dressing on the fish.

Fried Vegetable

Ingrediants:
  • Chinese Cabbage 250 g.
  • Soup 1/2 Cups
  • Asparagus 250 g.
  • Stir Fry Sauce Concentrate (Shoice)
    3 Tablespoons
  • Chinese Mushroom 5-6 Pieces
  • Corn Flour 2 Tablespoons
  • Baby Corn 250 g.

Method:

    through cold water for make vegetable fresh and crispy.
  3. Put vegetable into a plate.
  4. Set the pan, fill oil until hot, fill soup, Stir Fry Sauce Concentrate (Shoice), and dissolve corn flour with water,

Stuffed Chicken Wing


Ingrediants:

  • Chicken Wing 10 Wing
  • Seasoning Sause 2Tablespoons
  • Minced Shirmp 1/2 Cups
  • Batter Mix, Tempura style (Shoice) 1 Pouch
  • Minced Chicken 1 Cups
  • Water 150 cc.
  • Carrot (Slice in piece) 1/4 Cups
  • Cocktail Sauce (Shoice)

Method:

  1. Knead shrimp, minced chicken, and carrot, seasoning sauce together.
  2. Clean chicken wing, rip bone cut.
  3. Bring stuffs prepared above, put into chicken wing and then
    use wood pin to protect stuff out.
  4. Boil water in cooking utensil, steam chicken wing then let it cool.
  5. Dissolve Batter Mix, Tempura style (Shoice) with water.
  6. Bring Chicken wing to plate, fry in hot oil to be cooked, then
    blot oil and then serve with cocktail sauce (Shoice)
